Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Sugar Babes socks. However, we only accept returns for items that are faulty or damaged upon arrival.
Return Window
You have 7 days from the delivery date to initiate a return for broken or faulty items.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a refund, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- In its original condition with all tags and labels attached.
- Returned in the original packaging, including any free gifts received with the purchase.
- We perform a quality inspection on all returned items. If the product does not meet the conditions above, a refund will not be issued.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and approve your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
